Running an employee attitude survey using ORC engage requires no expert knowledge on the part of the operating company, and the tool has been designed to be flexible, so the resulting survey is targeted at your organisation’s issues, rather than being a generic questionnaire.

When using ORC engage, you can choose from 100 predetermined, validated questions, with three demographic questions included and the option to add another two.  These questions allow you to define your own engagement and attitudinal measures that suit the way your business works.  You can also add up to ten questions of your own – with advice and guidance available – and the survey can incorporate your own brand.  The questionnaire can be run as a one off, or as part of a continuous monitoring process.

Conducting an employee survey online rather than on paper makes it easy and quick for employees to participate, and cuts the cost of implementation and data analysis.  Included in the base price is a headline report, as well as an easy to use interrogation tool that allows for comparison of results with benchmark data and the ability to export data to other software.
