What does the service include?

• Use of a core questionnaire including 50 attitudinal questions selected from a list of 100 tried and tested employee engagement survey questions that covering a range of issues
• Three demographic questions
• The option of adding up to ten organization-specific questions and two demographics of your choice
• Access to an online staff survey for all staff in your organization (printable versions of the questionnaire and data capture can be provided at an additional cost)
• Processing of data
• Production of headline results reports, and a user-friendly online examination tool highlighting key findings and comparisons against staff survey benchmarking data
